Tuesday college basketball brings us to the CIT where the Marshall Thundering Herd battle the Indiana-Purdue Jaguars.

The Indiana-Purdue Jaguars are heading to the CIT after a 71-56 loss to the Wright State Raiders in the Horizon League postseason.

The Jaguars struggled offensively with Jaylen Minnett being the lone double digit scorer with 17 points and four pulls with DJ McCall adding nine points and six boards.

Cameron Justice gave Indiana-Purdue eight points and three yanks followed by Evan Hall and Ahmed Ismail with 13 points combined.

The Marshall Thundering Herd fell to the Southern Miss Golden Eagles 82-73 in the CUSA semifinals to send the team to the CIT tournament.

Jannson Williams carried the Thundering Herd with 22 points and three yanks with Jon Elmore adding 18 points, eight rebounds and eleven assists.

Marshall received 16 points and three pulls from Taevion Kinsey followed by CJ Burkes who contributed another ten points.
